Jane has a background of community engagement, connecting and development. She uses her experience to identify potential community projects, bring people together and put a 'Spotlight' on communities across Hampshire

TRACY CARTER

Director

Tracy joined Community Spotlight as a Director in August 2025 after taking part our the Railway 200 Textile Project. Tracy is a member of The Ripple Pond Charity, has a background in HR and enjoys getting creative and learning new skills.

Crafts & Creativity

Fiona has a wealth of creative skills, with a vast knowledge of crafting and a has a desire to share them with others through her Craft & Chat sessions across the city.
