Community Spotlight is a Community Interest Company (CIC) established to foster stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities through meaningful engagement, inclusive activities & accessible support services. Our mission is to reduce social isolation, improve wellbeing, and empower individuals to connect, contribute, and thrive within their local communities.We achieve this by providing safe spaces, inclusive events, skills workshops, and collaborative projects that bring people together across cultural, generational, and social divides.

What We Do

Bringing Spaces to Life

We support local venues — from coffee shops and pubs to church halls and community hubs — to become welcoming, well-used spaces where people can gather, share ideas, and build friendships. Through our Community Engagement Consultancy Service, we help turn underused spaces into thriving community assets.

Connecting People & Organisations

We create opportunities for residents, local groups, and organisations to meet, collaborate, and support one another. By encouraging partnerships and shared initiatives, we help strengthen the networks that hold communities together.

Showcasing Local Good

Our regular “Spotlight” workshops and events celebrate the amazing work of local charities, activity groups, sports clubs, service providers, and voluntary organisations — helping people discover the support, activities, and opportunities available right on their doorstep.
